What this service is, and is not

This service assembles Canada's public immigration record: government announcements, selection draws, program states, fees, and history, every figure carrying its official source. It is a research and reference tool. It is not legal advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. What any of it means for a particular person's situation is a question for a licensed immigration professional; the Find Licensed Help page shows every consultant the regulator lists as entitled to practise.

Accounts and honesty

Subscriptions, renewals, and the founding price

Prices are shown on the join page before any payment. Payment happens by the links or transfer instructions shown on your account page; we never collect card numbers ourselves. A paid year runs from activation; renewing stacks a full year on whatever remains. Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays unbroken, exactly as stated when they joined. Choosing to let a membership end stops renewal letters and closes the paid tools on the end date; the free record stays open to everyone, always.

The data, and what you may do with it

Honest limits

We work to keep the record complete and current, and we declare our gaps rather than hide them, but governments change pages without notice and no service can promise perfection. The service is provided as is; our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We may correct, improve, or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue a paid feature outright, affected members get a proportional credit or refund of the current term.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. We may revise them; material changes are announced on the site, and continuing to use your account after a change is acceptance. Questions go to the contact address on the join page, where a human answers.
