Find Licensed Help

Every immigration consultant the College register marks entitled to practise, placed on the map, 7,326 of them. Bigger dot, more consultants. Tap a city to see who practises there, then verify anyone at the College before you pay anyone. That second step is the whole point of this page.

Tap a city

Or search above. Dots are sized by how many licensed consultants publish that city on the register.

Gold-ringed dots include consultants authorized before the Immigration and Refugee Board (RCIC-IRB). The register’s RISIA records are listed too — Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors advise international students but do not represent on applications, and their listings say so. Most RISIAs publish only their institution, so many appear under “Elsewhere in” their province rather than a city. A consultant absent here is not accused of anything: they are simply not marked entitled to practise in our register snapshot, or publish no location.

Source
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants public register — RCIC snapshot of 2026-07-01, RISIA snapshot of 2026-09-02. Live status always belongs to the register; every listing links to its College profile for verification.
Who is listed
Only licensees the register marks entitled to practise (7,800 of 11,986 records in the snapshot, RCIC and RISIA classes). Nothing else is shown beyond register-published fields: name, company, licence class, register status, city and province, and whether the licensee has claimed their listing here.
What is never shown
Phone numbers, emails, paraphrased discipline history, reviews, or anything the register itself does not publish. Discipline questions belong to the College’s own pages, in the College’s own words.
Why this exists
Ghost consultants, unlicensed people charging for immigration advice, are the industry’s oldest scam. A public, verifiable map of who is actually licensed is the antidote. Check before you pay. Always.

When hosted, the page reports one anonymous aggregate count per view and per sponsored-unit interaction, a number goes up; nothing about you travels with it. No identifier, no address, no cookie, no fingerprint. We cannot tell one visitor from another, by design.

If you paste a link in the suggest-a-source box or the advertise form, we store exactly what you typed, the link or your company details, and nothing else about you.
